• Early Bird Registration Deadline: 12 January 2025

• 1 Company / Country  OR school can be admitted on a first come - first serve basis (by registration date)*

• further companies per school or country will be admitted if additional space is available at the end of the registration phase!*

• participation can therefore only be confirmed after end of Early Bird registration phase (expect notification by end of January 2025)

• payment of Early Bird participation fees is due after receiving confirmation and before 19 February 2024.**

• please book your journey to Vienna only AFTER receiving confirmation from JA Austria!

Due to limited space available, participating teams can be confirmed by Junior Achievement Austria only after the registration phase.

We will do our best to accommodate teams from all registered countries but may not be able to host all registered teams or any additional guests.

*We aim to give as many countries as possible opportunity for participation. If spaces are available after registration deadline, they will be made available evenly to other countries/schools on a first come – first serve basis.

**Failure to submit participation fees timely will void the registration. Resulting free spaces will be dealt to countries following the same principles.
